Call For Free Papers and E Posters

• The Scientific Committee of DermaMedeCon 2025 is inviting submissions for Free Papers and E-Posters related to Clinical & Cosmetic Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology.
• Post Graduate Students and Dermatologists can submit free paper and E posters which will be peer reviewed for quality of research and are expected to have educational and scientific content related to the above subjects.
• Three best Free Papers and E- Posters will be awarded by the Scientific Committee with Cash Prizes . Authors of all selected papers and Posters will receive free registration to the conference. Certificates of participation will be provided to all selected submissions.

Free papers

1. Free papers can be based on rare case reports, case series or short original research works. However, innovations and original works would be given more weightage.
2. One person can submit only one Free Paper. However, he/she can be the co-author of more than one free paper.
3. The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
4. The time allotted for presentation of free paper is 4 minutes maximum.
5. Along with the Final Free Paper Submission, a video recording of the free paper presentation with slide transitions also need to be sent. Maximum length: 4 mins.

E-Posters

1. E-posters should be original research or case studies and should be presented in one page.
2. One person can submit only a single E-poster.
3. The abstract of case report (not more than 300 words) may be prepared under the following subheadings: introduction, case report & highlights.
4. The abstract of the research study (not more than 300 words) may be prepared under the following subheadings: introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results & conclusions.
5. The Selected E Posters will be shown in the designated area during the conference and later be uploaded on the DermaMeDeCon website. There will be no personal presentations of e posters.
